Michelle’s work is deeply rooted in personal experience. As a mother navigating her son’s developmental challenges, Michelle was introduced to Neurodevelopmental Primitive Reflex Integration. Witnessing firsthand how early nervous system patterns influence movement, behaviour, learning, and emotional regulation became the catalyst for her practice and continues to shape her work today.

Michelle has linked her training in four core pillars, Neurodevelopmental Primitive Reflex Integration, Touch for Health, Conscious Education Coaching, and Somatic Focalizing Meditation, to create The MyShelle Method - a somatic approach that blends body-based therapy, neurodevelopment, and coaching to create lasting emotional and behavioural change. This unique combination allows her to work holistically with both the body and mind to address the underlying nervous system patterns that often drive stress responses, habits, and relationship dynamics.

Michelle specializes in supporting clients who feel stuck in survival-based states such as fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. By working directly with the body’s reflexes and sensory systems, her approach goes beyond surface-level regulation tools to help rewire foundational nervous system patterns thus creating more sustainable, embodied change.

In addition to one-on-one sessions and online coaching programs, Michelle leads educational workshops focused on her signature Somatic Compression Reset. These experiences offer practical, body-based tools that empower individuals to better understand and regulate their own nervous systems.

Michelle is especially passionate about supporting women through key life transitions, from adolescence and identity development to pregnancy, motherhood, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Her work emphasizes self-awareness, resilience, and the body’s innate capacity to heal when supported with the right tools and environment.

Whether working with stress, relationship challenges, or identity shifts, Michelle’s approach guides clients out of survival patterns and into a more grounded, regulated, and confident way of being.
