Krystal is a Registered Massage Therapist who specializes in mind-body connection. Originally from the outskirts of Toronto, Krystal moved to Edmonton after completing two years of Early Childhood Education. While pregnant with her second child, Krystal was introduced to Reiki and it truly spoke to her old soul.

She continued to practice Reiki for 14 years while she grew a small business and raised her children. In 2019 Krystal almost lost her husband. That health scare inspired her to seek new ways to help others. A few months later she began her journey as a Massage Therapist.

Now, Krystal loves combining message, Reiki and other modalities in her pursuit to help clients strengthen their mind/body connection.
