Clinical Services

  • Our Counselling Services are guided by our Certified Counsellors & Mental Health Therapists which are fully covered under most extended health benefit plans but also provide a more affordable option for those who currently do not have insurance coverage. Our registered counsellors will offer a person-centered approach and work with each client to identify issues, discuss goals, explore options and create strategies for a cooperative and fulfilling experience.

  • Our Provisional Psychologists are registered with CAP and offer an immersive and co-operative experience that is unique to each client. Based on the individuals needs through a comprehensive assessment, your wellness provider will support you in working through your mental blocks & disruptions using effective techniques and actionable therapies to help you regain balance and thrive.

  • Hypnotherapy is a guided experience that deeply relaxes the body and nervous system while lowering the brainwave state into a space that is more suggestive. While in that trance state, your therapist will imprint thoughts and beliefs into the subconscious to provide the desired effect, whether that be to lower anxiety, alleviate depressive thoughts, help with disease and illness, to quit smoking or shift any thought pattern, belief, or habit that is no longer serving you. Hypnotherapy is a great option to send yourself a new message about your physical health, state of mind, or beliefs about yourself.

  • Our life and health coaches offer tools and proven techniques to bring about the necessary changes that improve the quality of life. By offering guidance and sound advice, we help clients create a prioritized, step-by-step plan to become an expert in their own health. Holistic Services

  • Subconscious Imprinting Therapy addresses negative patterns of behaviour by targeting the root causes in the subconscious mind. It is one of the most effective techniques to remove the subconscious beliefs, decisions and patterns that are negatively influencing your life.

  • Somatic Massage helps release stored traumatic memories and emotions that may be stored in the body. Like all forms of somatic therapy, Somatic Massage helps people understand and manage their emotions by becoming aware of the physical sensations in their bodies. Our clients with chronic pain and tension have all walked away with improved physical symptoms.

  • Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Our Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

  • Craniosacral Therapy uses gentle touch to lightly manipulate the synarthrodial joints of the cranium to help stimulate the movement of craniosacral fluid around the brain and spinal cord. This treatment can relieve neck and back tension, chronic pain, headaches and migraines. Craniosacral Therapy can also improve immune health and induce feelings of deep relaxation and well-being.

  • Body Psychotherapy combines a range of approaches that promote psychological health while considering the body's role in healing. We often repress our impulses, emotions and feelings that form part of our experiences, and body-centered psychotherapy opens up their understanding and experience of these aspects.

  • The Gastrointestinal Microbial Assay Plus or GI-MAP test is a full-proof way to get an accurate idea of what’s going on inside your gut. It detects microbes that may be disturbing your gut balance, contributing to illness, and triggering symptoms such as poor digestion, absorption, immune function, and inflammation. This test gives you a strong starting point (or a baseline) to begin identifying the root cause of your symptoms.

  • Natural healing takes time and our herbalists are committed to walk along side you in your journey towards wellness. Please note that the practice of herbalism is not in substitution for professional medical advice from your doctor, but rather a complimentary practice that can be used in conjunction with other treatments.

  • Yoga Nidra holds immense benefits for all those who struggle to let go, those who suffer from lack of sleep, trauma, burn-out, and anxiety. It is also one of the simplest yoga practices to develop and maintain. This systematic meditation takes you through the five layers of self, leaving you with a sense of wholeness.

  • Yin yoga is a slow and steady practice, which blends with meditation to bring you back to a sense of ease. Yin helps us to observe and be with the subtleties in life. Unclouded by performance or expectations, we can awaken to our internal environment, our wisdom, creativity, and curiosity.

Workshops and Seminars

  • When stress is overwhelming, is your tendency to turn to unhealthy coping strategies? Our experiential stress relief workshops train participants to understand and manage stress with practical exercises and techniques applicable to work and life. These workshop are delivered virtually and in-person.
